AZUL Viral RNA/DNA Extraction Kit
AZUL Viral RNA & DNA Extraction Kit offers a straightforward and highly efficient solution for extracting total RNA & DNA from virus particles from various biological samples/fluids, in Viral Transport Medium (VTM) or molecular transport medium (MTM).
This kit uses a silica-based spin column technology for isolating RNA & DNA from biological samples, thereby eliminating toxic phenol-chloroform extractions.
The eluted RNA & DNA is suitable for a wide range of molecular biology applications, including semi-quantitative PCR and real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) analysis.
